Vakio "romis tangot" on 22x1,5 putkea ja keskellä kiinnityskohdassa vahvistus. Oman chopperini tanko oli tällainen mutta päistä jatkettu 8cm/puoli. Ei notkunut niin että olisi ajaessa huomannut vaikka ajoasento oli jopa hieman "roikkuva". Eli kyllä ainakin tuollaisesta 22x1,5 putkesta voi tehdä ja siihen sopii sitten vakio tupit ja kahvat. Jos tekele on hurjan pitkä niin sitten keskelle vahvempaa. Nuorempana on josku tuollaisia vakio tankoja katkeillut ja aina ihan juuresta, eli siihen se kovin rasitus tulee.
